-A completed Baby Birth Certificate purchase form (for Single or Adopted Baby, Twins, or Triplets) found at the bottom of any of the Custom BBC pages
-Or print and complete any Pay Pal “Interactive” purchase forms for all other “Ten Tiny Fingers™” Products you wish to purchase
